I was so excited to try the Bruery Terreux Hottenroth, a Berlin Weisse Style Wheat Ale, as a big fan of Berliner weisses. It was a hazy pale yellow with a strong creamy head that quickly diminished. It smelled of light citrus and tasted predominately of wheat with notes of citrus, primarily starfruit, and tart green apples. Despite having a watery mouthfeel, it was very bubbly. As a session beer, this one was vibrant and refreshing. Definitely one to bring back for easy summer drinking.
